METHYL METHACRYLATE ADHESIVES (MMA)

Methacrylate structural adhesives are two-component adhesives that are used on metals, stainless steel, plastics, FRP and ceramics to bond two substrates of the same or dissimilar materials. MMA replace mechanical fasteners, welding and other traditional assembly methods and also deliver excellent results on aluminium. These bonds offer high impact resistance, peel resistance and temperature resistance, and are especially suited for bonding components that are subject to high thermal and dynamic stresses. These adhesives are used in vehicle, marine transportation construction, coil manufacturing and in the construction of loudspeakers and electric motors etc. Methacrylate structural adhesives are highly resistant to water, aliphatic or aromatic solvents,




POLYURETHANE ADHESIVES

We introduced single component & two components polyurethane adhesive that cure at ambient temperature. Polyurethane adhesives for the manufacture of metal product, door making, automotive air filters etc. Both single & two parts PU adhesives provide good adhesion to metal end plates (zinc/tin coated steel), wood, fiberglass, rock wool, polystyrene, rigid foam, honeycomb etc. This can also be used as foam in place gasket, soft PU (rubber like), coating etc. due to versatility of the chemical and technical expertise of the maker.
