WATER-BASED DISPERSION ADHESIVES
DEXTRIN
Dextrin glues, also known as brown glues, they lay flat and prevent curling and are perfect for packaging and use in manual label gluers. They’re commonly used in labelling bottles and manufacturing flute lamination, cartons, envelopes, stamps and paper bags, but they have many other uses for projects that demand a strong glue or re-moist enable adhesive. Dextrin glues bond very well to paper materials, offer good heat and cold resistance and are easier to clean up than some other types of glues.
PVAC & EVA
PVAC & EVA water based adhesives are commonly known as white latex, white glue .For porous materials such as wood, paper, cotton, leather ceramics and other with strong adhesion. These adhesives are economical and versatile. They can be fast setting and provide very strong bonds. Typical applications include folding carton industry, product assembly, packaging, wood working, tube winding, edge protector etc.
Polyurethane Dispersion
Polyurethane-based dispersion adhesives or so-called duroplastic adhesives have a low activation temperature and outstandingly high heat and moisture resistance with very high adhesion. Easily applied using a spray pistol, PU emulsion adhesives achieve outstanding results on high-gloss foils and are ideal for furniture industry. Their excellent spraying properties enable quick and easy further processing.
